  1. Very good info! Planning to get about 5 to 6 hardwire cameras on home use. Will be going to Italy so what to monitor from there. Is there a name brand you prefer? Do you suggest constant monitoring with NVR system? Will it be difficult to install? Thank you so much.

  2. Hi, can I ask you on one thing? I want to know, if dvr HiLook wil be coaporate with Hikvision camera. Thanks. Very nice videos!!! Roman

  3. Very good information. I have 2 wired cobra system cameras at home and want to add 2 wireless cameras. Do you know if I’m able to connect the wireless cameras to the same NVR as the wired cameras? Just don’t like the idea running more wire around my house.

  4. here’s a question for you . i have security camera’s around our property etc. they are hard wired , not wi fi . i have had our security camera get double imaged and then even fade and go completely out and even mess up the set time and day etc. settings . i put in a looper and it stopped . i also have another camera that was getting wavy lines and color bars going across it and it was so strong the picture was distorted and wavy , now i have had it reverse the picture making our white house look black sometimes and sometimes even making the sky look black and parts of the picture digital looking with lines jumping . is this being jammed by a portable jamming device , ???
i have been recording things as evidence etc. it seems to be all coming from the west side of our house . on the opposite side camera’s aren’t effected . i am thinking someone is using a portable jammer and setting the same frequency as our security camera sending out a stronger signal through the air and over powering the signal running through the camera to our dvr system . I hope you can answer this and if there is a solution to this so i can stop it. PLEASE LET ME KNOW , THANKS.

  5. There’s some great info in this video, thanks. I’ve always chose hardwired simply because in our area, the Internet enters the home by a very vibrant orange color. If the intruders cut your internet, the Wi-Fi cameras are useless.

  6. Would you recommend going with wifi for a small church. We’d like to monitor outside activity. There was an attempted burglary a couple of weeks ago.

  7. i preferred wired cameras because the recording is stable not like mini afordable wifi camera the video recording in long time it’s corrupted you may not view the video recording anymore?

  8. When I discovered wireless sec cams I did a double back flip thinking I had discovered the motherlode. I currently have 14 wireless cams set up in & around my property to watch for wildlife & our kitty. Even tho they are wireless you still need to pull power out to them. I have about half which are far from a building so I have some 100 & 200ft extension cords stretched out to give them power. Battery powered cams come up short because you will need to drag out a tall ladder & climb way up & replace those batteries regularly & solar does not work in my woods. PLUS in my woods the Wifi signal is weak & unreliable. If I had to do it all again & would have pulled ethernet POE cable which is WAY more reliable & gives a WAY better signal altho the cost is a bit more and you have to punch a hole in your building to connect to your inside router.
Oh, if only I could only do it all again.

    !

  9. Great explanation my brain is thinking 🤔 of this multi system, I am looking to use whole im out of town for my cats. Cheaper yours sounds quality… for larger home?

  10. I live in a rural area and have satellite internet, with a set amount of data I can use each month. Would a wireless camera system continually use up my data/wifi if I install a wireless camera system? Sorry I’m not too tech savy.
