I’m looking for new earbuds after using my Sony XM3 for about 5 years. I still love it, but I ruined something when replacing the batteries. The connection isn’t great anymore. After researching new earbuds, I think I’ll hold onto mine for now. I’m afraid that I will be disappointed with the new ones.

Apple AirPods Pro are the WORST for calls. Who ever you’re on the phone with years back ground noise amplified by 100x.

My issue is I HAVE to have a wing. My ears are tiny. The tiny tips make my ears ache and get pushed out. But I hate having to lose a lot of quality or features. I’m not doing intense work… just anatomy while I’m walking.

one of the worst lists/reviews ive seen full of false information. Didnt even mention the huawei freebuds pro which outclass pretty much every one of these.
I bought the new buds pro and returned them. The buds live are the all time most comfortable. Sure they don’t sound as good but who cares? They sound great and feel great . They stay in as well.
Why isnt battery life mentioned
need a catagory for best battery life. I need something to last me from when i closck in the mornign to when i go home from my 9-5
I would avoid buying Sony earphones. I’ve owned 2 pairs, and both ended up with a fault in less than 2 years of purchase. It is a common issue, and Sony isn’t addressing it correctly, you can find many posts on the net about it.
I have boughten three different pairs of Jabras over the last few years, and every single one of them has had some issue that it develops over like a year that makes them unusable. I love the jabras, but they have no lifespan from my experience. Idk maybe it’s just me.
When will the sony 1000 XM 6 get launched?

I’ve been looking at so many videos and it’s like everyone is sleeping on the TOZO Golden X1, I have them and they are amazing, LDAC HIREZ tuned by Knowles dude these things are bad ass, I found a sweet EQ and they sound just as good as my QC Ultras, it’s actually crazy I just got them on sale for 99 bucks and I’m so incredibly happy I can’t even say enough about them, if you haven’t yiu should check um out, maybe I just can’t find your video on um, anyways that’s all, stay lifted my friend 🙏
Nice list… my biggest concern is battery life
Would be great to hear about playback controls. Some amazing earbuds could be ruined by one tap control meaning you can’t touch it without activating or changing anything.
I’m NOT spending over $60 for a set of earbuds anymore! Why? The Battery.
You talk about " they will last a long time", sure..but when the battery is gone (AKA-will not charge) inside the buds, all these overpriced earbuds, you will end up throwing them away!!!
These company’s are making a killing off us "customers", but will not implement a battery replacement.
Most earbuds, if used everyday, will last maybe 1.2- 1.5 years, then they are done! Why are these company’s not giving us the option for the consumer to charge to only 80-85%, which will help make the battery’s last another year.
For anything over $200, the battery needs to be user replaceable, and maximum charging ceiling also needs to be flexible . This crap has gone on to long, and it should be a major feature of expensive ear buds. They can throw all the features they want at me, but in the end, I will end up having to buy another set of $250 earbuds in just a little over a year. F–that!!!
i had 2 pairs of bose qc ultra pure crap both was replaced under waranty … conection loss , sound loss , box gawe up wasnt charging ect long story short avoid it 🤬

I picked up the Nothing Ear and I am super happy with them so far. I’m looking forward to seeing how they hold up over time. Got them on sale for $120. Definitely worth it so far
Sennheiser momentum 3 are not stable. They stopped working 2 times in less than 2 years for me. Apart from that, they are very expensive regarding their outcome. I regret buying them.
Please consider including the Cambridge Audio M100 for comparison in future as they beat hands down in practically all categories especially sound quality than other makes even some of those twice the price
20 years ago I thought I was clever with my mini disc player in my inside school blazer pocket. With the ear phone running down the sleeve so I could lean on my hand and listen to music in class. Kids these days have it so much better thanks to Bluetooth buds. And I suppose the teachers have it way tougher.

i love my sony wf 1000xm5s only problem is they fall out when i run because the foam trying to expand just pushes them out when im sweating but i love that i can sleep with them in and they never hurt they are the comfiest earbuds ive owned never have sore ears from them and i have over 2,000 hours of use out of them
